The CommArea Homeowner and Board App offers a streamlined mobile interface for community association members, enhancing their ability to manage accounts and access pertinent community information seamlessly.

Users with existing credentials for their association website can easily log into the app using the same email address and password. For those without an account, the registration process is straightforward: simply click the register button, submit your details, and upon approval, an email will be sent to set your password, enabling quick access to the app.

In cases where users forget their passwords, the app provides a "Forgot Password" option. By entering the registered email address, users can request a password reset, receiving an email with instructions to establish a new password.

Upon successful login, homeowners can leverage a variety of features:

• Easily switch between multiple properties if applicable
• Homeowner Dashboard
• Access association documents
• View association directories
• Browse association photos
• Utilize the Contact Us page
• Pay assessments
• Review violations and add comments or pictures via their mobile device
• Submit Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Requests with attachments
• Access homeowner ledger
• Submit work orders and track their status, including adding comments and images
